August 2, 2013–Nate Osborn, Echo Ryan, and Adrienne Toon worked together to assist in making the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association’s annual conference a success by preparing and presenting on the topics of Basic Title Insurance and Joint Representation.  The Basic Title Insurance presentation prompted a discussion regarding unique approaches to the settlement of claims involving real property and the Joint Representation presentation spurred a robust discussion regarding the advantages and disadvantages of joint representations.
