Morgan Fox is an attorney with Montgomery Little & Soran. Her practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis in real estate litigation.
Prior to working at the firm, Ms. Fox served as a Deputy District Attorney for nearly five years in Jefferson County and Garfield County. Ms. Fox. In her career as a prosecutor, Ms. Fox advanced her skills in advocacy, conducted countless hearings and 40 trials, ranging from misdemeanor and DUI to robbery and first degree murder.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Ms. Fox obtained a bachelors of science from Texas A&M University in 2012. She then spent several years in non-profit management before pursuing her passion. In 2016, Ms. Fox moved to Denver, Colorado with her bike and dog to attend the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. During her legal education, Ms. Fox gained experience as a judicial clerk and an intern with both the Denver District Attorney’s Office and in-house with an oil and gas company. She graduated from law school in 2019. In her free time, Ms. Fox enjoys yoga, hiking, and skiing.
