Chris Taravella and Adrienne Toon recently tried a breach of contract case in Denver’s Federal District Court. In that case the Judge awarded summary judgment in the amount of $2.4 million in favor of the firm’s client and against one of the defendants. The remaining issues regarding the liability of other defendants under the contract, piercing the corporate veil and fraudulent conveyance were tried. A decision has not yet been rendered in the matter.
